I offer flat-fee billing to provide clarity and predictability at every stage of your case.

Criminal charges are stressful enough; you should not have to worry about unexpected hourly invoices.

Below is a structured overview of my services.

Step 1: The Consultation

Strategic Defence Consultation

Time: 45 minutes

Cost: $250*

This dedicated 45-minute consultation is a structured review of your situation and a thought-out defence roadmap. The meeting may be in-person or virtual, depending on your needs.

During our meeting, I will give you:

  • A detailed and clear explanation of the allegations

  • Identification of key legal vulnerabilities or risks

  • An assessment of resolution versus trial strategy

  • Insight into potential sentencing exposure

  • A defined plan for moving forward

This is not a brief intake call. It's a substantive legal strategy session.

The $250 consultation fee is credited ("rolled over") toward your representation if you retain my services.
